Art Work
Camera ready and electronic artwork is acceptable. Photocopies and raised impressions are not accepted.
If hardcopy is not provided, we cannot assume responsibility for variations in artwork.

Art Fee
If artwork requires any type of modification, an hourly rate of $60 will apply.

Imprinting
Any PMS color can be used. There is no color match charge. Customer must provide specific PMS color or we cannot assume responsibility for variation in color.

Proofs:
Paper or email proofs are available upon request at no charge, if time permits.

Pre-Production Samples:
Available upon request. Die charge of $95 must be paid up front. This may delay production time.

Production Time:
2-3 weeks for stock items.

Rush Orders:
Add 10% to total invoice.

Less than Minimum:
There will be a charge of $60.

Shipping and Handling:
FOB Long Island, NY. To avoid handling charges, customer may provide shipping account number (UPS, FEDEX, DHL or Airborne.)

Terms:
50% deposit up front to start production. Balance due prior to shipment. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card & Discover.

Changes or Cancellations:
Written confirmation is required (Fax or email.) Any changes requested or cancellation of an order in production will be subject to all costs incurred to date.

Over/Under Runs:
We reserve the right to ship any invoice 5% over or under the ordered quantity.
